They could not have put together a coalition similar to the one that was used in the first Gulf War, and marched on Baghdad to depose Saddam. Remember, Turkey, a NATO ally, declined to give us staging privileges because of their fear of the Kurds.........

It was wrong of the Administration, and in particular the planners Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz to think they could easily civilize the uncivilized. After all, no matter how much you try to educate and train a wolf to be a domestic dog, the wolf cannot be domesticated.
