Thanks I didn't see the date, but the message is still a good one to keep in mind for all cyclical stocks and that is when you're at the top of the cycle the perception in the market is it's never going to get bad and when you’re at the bottom of the cycle the perception is it's never going to get better. The best news in the article is that power demand increased 5.7% at a time when the economy was pretty sick. I still feel RRI is the best play of the IPP's and will reward investors who are willing to hold and buy on the dips. Jim
