that's against SEC regulations as I understand it It's good to know the SEC writes rules that look out for us but judging from their track record in enforcement I don't think Brinker has much to worry about. It's absolutely shameful that someone like Brinker is allowed to hide his bad tips and advertise only his good ones. Imagine if we could all twist reality like Brinker does. We'd all get straight A's in school. We'd all get promoted to the top of the company. No one would ever pay a late fee. Our credit reports would be pristine. The cops would never bother us and we'd all get out of jail free.
