The Clinton years prepared our military for the wars they fight today. It takes 5-10 years to change training and systems. Anything you see at work now was designed during the Clinton years. One of Bush's biggest lies in 2000 was telling voters Clinton had short-changed the military and that an entire division was unfit for duty. If they had been unfit they couldn't have fought in Afghanistan or Iraq.
