What is payroll tax? Are you referring to SS? That and medicare are the only two on my payroll. Aren't those programs that you demos like?

If not the taxes listed above, what are the payroll taxes at, and what should he have lowered it to?

How would he do this? I think the country let the gov't know what they thought of gov't run health insurance when Hilary was in charge. Are you suggesting a Bush subsidy for health insurance, or should we go socialist with healthcare iyo?

Giving poor people beer money is not economic policy. He gave every American who pays taxes a tax break. That seems like it would put money in the pockets of all Americans, which logically would stimulate the economy more than just giving it to poor people. You sound like a socialist to me.
