Could be a 'soon to be cover-up'. Depends on how the White House responds. If Rove was stupid enough to call directly from the White House, then the records are there. Not a smoking gun, since I don't believe the actual conversations are tracked, but damning evidence. If those records 'disappear' ala Nixon's 18 minutes, then we may soon be looking for a Deep Throat... Gee, is Bush doing a retro 70's thing? First, Vietnam II, and now, potentially Watergate the Sequel.
