Maybe he could hold an internet seminar here. Lots of potential students, but don't know how many are receptive to an education.

Well they taught you wrong. There was some talk of natural unemployment but the last several decades of empirical data has shown that concept to be wrong. Also unemployment is defined a bit different now as long term unemployed are not counted in the work force as they are considered unemployable.
