Don't think it was a lie. You might have intentionally or otherwise distorted the post to misread it. Not surprised. Saw the stat on the news as I posted it, but not as you appear to have re-referenced it. Again, not surprised.

As to the substance of the alleged statutory violation, which, after all, is the important thing, we'll just have to see, won't we?
