Hell Ramsey, The <<restaurant>> is quite famous, but we may have to legally terminate their 3-year lease in the case that SARS returns, food & entertainment business goes down the tubes again, and they cannot pay their rent on time in the amount required, so that we can renovate and divide up the space for retailers each renting less space but at higher rent. Let's see what happens in October SARS II ;0) But, do give me a headsup so that we can get together for a brew or a few dumplings. Chugs, Jay
