A FREE Iraq and a "democratic" Iraq are not the same Penetrating observation. I guess you mean to point out that Iraq will never be "free" although it may be "democratic", unless it can go beyond electing the candidates approved by the US. Question: Just what do you think will happen if they elect a religious fundamentalist guy with the clear intention of bringing an "Islamist" rule to Iraq? Bush as stated that the spread of FREEDOM in the Islamic world is the key to this protracted conflict. Would you care to define this "FREEDOM" in capital letters? I have a funny feeling you might be using it in a slightly different context than the dictionary definition. There will be more wars-and the cost-a tiny fraction of the fraudulent payments to the Social Security welfare queens-is insignificant Great. I don't care since it is not me who will be paying. I will be watching the coming year or so from the Monte-Carlo beach with a mojito in my hand. Good luck paying for wars to "spread FREEDOM" and then paying for increased security measures as the annoyed natives in lands you invade come back to haunt you. Over the next 10 to 20 years WE will take OUR freedom back-out of the HIDES of the Social Security welfare queens I have no idea what you are talking about here. But you sound angry at these "welfare queens" who are depriving you of your "freedom".
