I also want those people who planted the phony story about Rove pedaling the info to six reporters put under oath. Let us assume that is true. Why do they have to put under oath? What are the legal grounds? If false, it is Rove's choice to sue those reporters for libel (he might have a tough time with that too and it will be very unlikely that he will do it) Besides this digression. As you said, there should be investigation and the leaker should be identified. I personally think Bush will come out in good standing if the leaker comes out himself/herself in short time. The more it drags out, it will hurt him more.
