Nice try by Novak. "I didn't mean it", and "no one was hurt", "they didn't say she was an agent", "everyone know anyway", etc.

The truth looks pretty ugly.

Everything said so far makes it look like the WH compromised national security for political gain.

The investigation can't be stonewalled, the best they can do is try to minimize damage.
