Obviously Bush is not putting a price-tag on anything. Why we have a 500 billion deficit this year with no end in sight. Maybe he should START putting price tags on things, and you should too. BTW: time to change your monniker. "Neocon" isn't an admirable name these days.

Not to mention, that the cost of "containment" should include 9/11. OBL has been consistent, that one of his major complaints with the USA, was American troops based in Saudi Arabia AND their enforcement of UN Sanctions on Iraq.
