Arnold should have run as an independent. If he wins as a Republican, then a new recall will be in order and justified. Unless Arnold gets over 50% of the vote. Arnold brings in the old GOP corporate special interests and a lot of promotional skills. He'll be for energy deregulation and lower taxes for the rich. And he has no idea where to cut spending, or if he does, he isn't telling us. Those cuts would have to come out of health care or prisons. It's the only place left to cut. 90% of Cali spending is now mandatory.
