I think Davis has already cut 20,000+ jobs. Those figures are no longer relevant. Davis did spend too much, but not even in GW Bush's stratosphere. Spending will come down no matter who wins. Arnold however will not tell you where he will cut. Davis also just signed a measure to save 4 billion by reforming workers comp. Too late? Maybe not.
