The service has been very unreliable lately. Yesterday it was blamed on their service provider. It seems like at least a couple days a week the ticker goes down intermitantly. I wonder if they can somehow increase the reliability, have backup internet provider perhaps. A few weeks ago it was a power outage. I have an UPS perhaps they should look into it.
