The over-whelming vote to re-elect PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH will answer that question. Why did we rebuild Europe and Japan. What did the American people say about that. Or is it different now as you have previously suggested Arabs are sub humans somehow related to the color of their skin. Do you feel the American people will feel differently. I am certain CY supports the efforts of the President in rebuilding Iraq. Cy does not consider the Iraqis to be sub-humans.
