The rad hard chips were for use in satellites......they are easy to make and the Chinese certainly know how to do it.....cause I do..... Your link says that what they for also according to Commerce. Yes, they are also necessary for weapons likely to be exposed to radiation but the ever so dangerous USSR was using vacuum tubes in Mig 29's for this purpose.... ONce again, you post without proper attribution.....most non-professional and obviously designed to deceive....you must be a Bushie devotee....
