You say..." The average temperature is the temperature between the high and low for that area on a daily basis. From your data source the coldest ever temp for Jan was 25. That's an average of the average daily lows for that month. You just don't get it."

That's two ways of computing an average....which do you choose and which way to get temps of 130. At the moment I'm not interested on low temps. Military personel reporting temps is anecdotal..... I asked you to cite official weather records......and you didn't
