The pipeline receipts have shown a spike up in the past few weeks and it's a good guess that this is a result of some localized activity (such as the emptying of a liquids storage facility in the SE). This could also be from a new tie-in, but I'm unaware of such. Robry goes on to say that this data may be obscuring the avg trend. As this facility empties (assuming that this is the case), a drop in pipeline receipts may be in the offing.

Pipeline receipts show both domestric production and LNG imports, so they can't truly be used to accurately measure production, but they're not a bad starting place.
