Can you imagine what happened when the Bush appointed panel figured this one out......bedlam must have broken out. <g> "No, it can't be". "It must be a lie" "They love us". "Just the other nite, I heard Larry Kudlow say the Iraqis were throwing bouquets of roses at our troops [btw he really did say that on his show]". "Bush is a saint."
