How, exactly, do you address the fact that there is no evidence Cheney had anything to do with the letting of this contract? These are career, nonpolitical employees who did this; if Cheney had been involved this would have been plastered all over the media -- biggest scandal of the century.

This guy leaves the appearance of impropriety at every turn. He has come under fire for less than honest portrails of the Iraq casus belli and refuses to turn over information about his dealings on the energy issue. If he has nothing to hide, let the GAO have the documents they requested.
