What's the statute of limitations on a felony?

These crimes are felonies. Either Greg Palast is out of his mind or the media is sweeping it under the carpet.

With the awards that Palast has won, and with his credentials as a filmmaker and a reporter for London Observer and the BBC, you'd think he'd have credibility. If he doesn't why isn't Bush and Harris after him for defamation?
