Ya I read some place the other day that there's some speculation the rates could go lower. Spouting several "ifs" and past quotes from A.G to back up the hypothesis. I actually ran across a place with really good location and possibilities for what could be a reasonable price considering what's around it. I'm 400k short without liquidating something else. "it's not that good a deal" The point is I don't find too many that's motivated me this much, not sense first part of 02. Maybe this means something? Ha! shoot me now!
