No disrespect for US IT workers here. However, I do think maybe some got spoiled, and some cultures elsewhere better appreciate any opportunity they can get, partly because they've got less to start from and it doesn't take as much to improve their lot, by alot.

It's partly a scenario that's been repeated a thousand times, and sounds like over the years gov policy might have tweaked things in the wrong direction so as to subsidize and encourage offshore workers. Surprise.

I still think my earlier comments apply, as they have in countless situations in the past. History does repeat itself, because people do fail to learn from it.

I'll try to catch Dobbs, but I also like Bop's economic research method of watching freight trains. <g>
