That's really quite absurd. Your assuming "the people" are the same as their leaders and that public pronouncements are the same as what really happens. Note these "leaders" aren't elected but are either sheiks or tyrants for the most part.

Most Arabs could care less which transport ships their oil so long as the people get something out of it. The Iraqis have realized precious little from their oil, it having been hijacked by Saddam, Uday and Quesay.

Interesting that you have no comment on that, but wish to dwell on the possibility that Israel might facilitate Iraq's oil industry. Would you object to a Jewish captain of a ship carrying the oil overseas? What's the real agenda here?

If the Arabs are so keen on boycotting Israel, why is it that they jump whenever they can, albeit a bit under the table? Why is it that Egypt, Jordan, Palestinians, Moroccans, etc., etc., love to do business with Israel?
