No, we know a crime was committed because the CIA claims a covert operative was outed. That's a crime. The only question is who did it.

I don't know which explanation is true. But either seems equally plausible.

I suspect there is a third, far juicier version, that will unfold in trainwreck-style slow motion over the next several months.
