Maybe some time in the future the Senate will have 2 Libertarian Senators. That would be a great boost to the L Party.

New Hampshire is too small. This was a terrible mistake. These folks should have sought to annex all of the Dakotas and Montana. Then and only then would they have achieved a substantial land mass. Quebec may or may not have survived as a Francophile enclave. New Hampshire has no chance of being a successful duchy, such as Lichtenstein, Monaco or Latvia. It possesses none of the obvious advantages. This is a failed experiment in human liberation. These folks haven't a clue about a sufficient resource base to make their quest realistic.
