The IMF and World Bank say that 35 bil. will be needed to rebuild Iraq, with 2 bil. possibly being donated this yr. by other countries, get ready to dig a little deeper for our Iraqi brothers.

The unaccounted for money in Iraq is about 1.5 billion a month. The deals Halliburton does in the open are small potatoes, the ones that pick up the monthly checks are the real winners.
