Well, that eightballmagazine site looks, how should I say, not that reputable. Sites that feature pictures of women mud wrestling and alien abductions seem to fall more in the National Enquirer category. The Oui article is old. If Bush can be elected President after drinking himself awol and skipping military drug tests, then I think Arnie's past is ok. I'm not a big Arnie fan (yet, he could sway me, as it's likely he'll be our next gov). But, these attacks seem pretty desperate...
