You foolishly assume that skin color captures all of the important distinctions in applicants. That makes you a racist. it only seeks to ensure that any one group does not take all the slots If all the members of that group are the best qualified, why is that a problem? If members of some other group have a problem with this, they can get off their butts, get to work, and take some slots. Discrimination is the process of preventing a group from being represented. Discrimination is the process of denying individuals opportunities because of racial background. Precisely what you advocate.
