Thanks Bruce and good luck to you. Yep, I dont mess with too many pennies. In fact, I think the only one I have ( well, I do have some shares of icge - a BIG POS!-, but I bought at .20 and sold most alot higher and now am sitting on just a few thou free shares, so I dont pay any attention to it) is one I got from Dave. HQNT. And to be honest, the technicals on HQNT look better then alot of big board, big name stocks....Yes, HQNT is a "penny stock"...but they are profitable, with little to no debt, quickly growing revenues and profits...heck, they even pay a dividend...and insiders have bought like crazy the whole last year....I've traded it several times and now have a nice sized chunk, with very little cost basis.....but, I try to stay away from pennies. If I want to gamble, I'll go to vegas. If I want to invest, I will look for solid companies, not speculative gambles.

Good luck, and feel free to come share some of that info from IBD...whats hot...whats not...all info appreciated.....

Bruce, some questions about IBD, please.

I've signed up for their Monday Special trial and haven't quite figured out the best way to use the enormnity of data that IBD provides. What data have you found to be most useful or predictive of success? How do you use the IBD data in choosing stocks? Do you know of any approaches that have been successful?

I thought the website would be more robust and helpful when it comes to screening stocks. For example, I don't see anyway to screen for certain attributes. (Or maybe you have to pay more for that?)

Finally, I was disappointed to not see any valuations measures in their Stock Checkup screen. If one is inclined to check these, are you then forced to use another source?

Thanks in advance.

Which IBD forum are you hanging out on, Bruce? I'm a subscriber, too.
