I see how you would have conceived of Mojo. I think it is perfectly reasonable, but not necessarily how Jewel would have taken the characterization. I am sorry about the professional confusion. It seemed that various activities you described were along lines often under the HR rubric. My mistake. Yes, I did mention before trouble with a certain sort of management consultant that my wife and others had experienced, revolving around calls for consensus that ultimately took on the form of both hard sell bullying and the abdication of quotidian responsibilities, on the part of the upper echelon. On that basis, talk about consensus takes on a certain connotation to those who have been burned, even if one can do it right.
