Ahhh...you missed the allegory. I FEEL like Christ when dealing with intractable people, and I sometimes utter his cries of lamentation when My Holiest efforts are met with a "pshaw"...which is just down the hall from silence. I was indicating how distanced I felt at that moment from having any sense of your humanity or justice. I was likening you to a judgmental and cruel God attacking with a sense of righteousness and then withdrawing to a far place. I am so sorry to have confused you! If it offends you in some manner on top of confusing you then I willingly withdraw it. So it turns out that Karen is not HR? I guess that no longer accounts for that old shoulder chip you mentioned, eh!
