Yep, I agree with this. But there is another thing floating around now which is the supposition that Tenet sent this to Justice in late July. And Ashcroft sat on it. Thus, Tenet went public. We both know, if it happened a bit like that, that it will actually turn out to be more complicated. But, if that's the correct skeleton, then there is at least a two month period for a coverup to start. And, if that's true, it will be the problem. At the moment, I'm not impressed by the way the Bush people have handled the politics of this. But it's still very early. We'll see.
