How much would you agree with or disagree with his stated policies? Apparently you agree with them enough to vote for him, although I suppose it would depend on who is opponent was. My statement was more symbolic of the fact that, given the right person, I would not hesitate to vote for a republican , provided his views were centrist, he did not advocate radical policies, did not allow his adminstration to be hijacked by radical elements, worked in concert with the world community, was environmentally balanced, etc...
