B***S**T! College admissions are biased against low IQ- -intentionally. That does not make them racially biased.

The fact that some groups don't get into college in percentages equal to other groups does NOT indicate undesirable bias in the process. In fact, it can indicate desirable bias. If the process does not select for race (and your affirmative action process does) and is reasonably objective, it will very likely achieve a racially unbiased outcome. And if some groups are not present in the admitted population in the same percentages as the general population, maybe that's as it should be.

What you wish are reverse Jim Crow laws.
