Mostly what I said. So we agree. I equate a decent society with a society which values equality.

You are responding to air. What I said was that your opinion does not over-ride the opinions of others as to what harm is. I did not say you could not think for yourself.

That is good. That is agreement.

I guess that settles it. We both agree that there are people in the world who cause harm (and, of course, we all do). We also agree that causing harm is not always actionable but that it sometimes is. And we both agree that people have a right to be idiots, freaks, or whatever. If they transcend the law then they are subject to prosecution and punishmnet.
