DC schools spend more per student than just about any other jurisdiction in the country yet have a disproportionate rate of failure in educating students. Where is the money going?? Do you favor vouchers which would give these kids a chance?? Or would you rather protect the teachers union bureaucracy and liberal establishment which has created this mess?? "We're trying to help the poor children"... Yah right. Effing scumbag hypocrites...
