Yep. Sticking up for Rush never hurt a Republican Politician. Ten year's ago, in '93, right after Clinton took office, Rush WAS the Republican party. I don't think Gingrich would have had his success in '94 without him.

Many of the Left has long championed illegal drugs...even want to make many of them legal. And have in fact made medical marijuana use legal for severe pain in some states.

Many of the Left (and some Right) of Hollywood and other 'famedom" have been in Rehab centers for various legal and illegal drug/alcohol (same thing) use.

It will be most interesting to see what is said about this in the next few days. And by whom.
