Sorry Wayne, you are the failing grade here. All "Skull and Bones" boys, Yale secret society. Responsible for the development of and "use as a weapon" program within the defense dept. Of course thay hadnt the brains to invent it, they use pawns like you for that. Research it if you dare. But who the f'ck cares, just go fill up the SUV and have a shop at Walmart.
