Well I've read snipets. House keeper provided info to police in exchange for immunity. I thought I read somewhere that tapes were made when Rush was still deaf. A speaking person looking away but doing normal tasks says incriminating things and a deaf person responds as he normally would to the visual cues of what the person is doing. Looks away. "Do you want me to get more drugs." Looks to and points to empty cup of coffee, "would you like me to get more." Anwser Rush "Yes." Turn away "I'll get 100 xyz...." Pours coffee Rush "Thank you" It is quite possible this person was into extra income and figured she has a get out of jail card.

Dems will have to know that many in Hollywood and other "celebs" have been in rehab for years!!!! Where do they think these folks are getting the drugs. Last time I looked, cocaine, heroin, crack, etc etc ...aren't legal. Where did they get the stuff? Maybe some of us who are fed up with the double standard can start asking the advertisers of the so called major TV outlets why they don't investigate those instances....... And as far as CBS News........Definitely I am going to write to them, and the sponsors of the News shows that I can find, what I think, and I will look for, and buy, alternative products. Vote with my wallet.
