How come there's not more publicity about WIND and the Mars exploration project?

The newspaper articles I've read lately don't mention anything about the rovers being powered by WIND technology. I first heard of WIND in a Time article about the Mars Pathfinder. I'd think a lot more people would be interested in WIND as an investment if they knew about the current Mars project.
