Jim W on gold and bonds...

Gold to benefit from a bond drop??? Not likely today....yes, in the longer term it should, but boy, who would pick up any clues by today's action?..Timing is almost everything and right now it ain't time....Keep the inverse linkage ideas cooking....

Miners: PMs: Stops being run, trendlines being broken ... now normally, one would expect this type of break to take time to steady itself...And I suspect it will, irregardless of what the bonds do.

Lookin' to me more and more like the seasonals for gold are running about two weeks ahead of schedule as many have picked up on them and the pros have traded out early.

Smashing reversal in NEM....went up filled the gap and collapsed....That was the short not the QQQ....

Right now, in the metals and miners, generally, down is down until it ain't....

>>> the rub on USGovt deception for economic strength is that it gives an assist to the bond selloff and its massive damage <<<

Most unfortunately, "spin and deception" is the name of their game, and it is hard to believe at this point in time after so many years of this that many "sheeple" still do not have a clue about it...
