The Administration has taken magnificent steps toward an improvement in the situation, only to have them torpedoed once again by Arafat and the terrorists.

Partisan to the end. The administration went two years without mentining the Palestinian problem, and has done nearly NOTHING since.

if you're getting raped by someone with a gun, the best deal you can get is to enjoy it if you don't want your head blown off. some women still struggle though.
