Arnold is the biggest ego-maniac I have ever known, met or seen on TV. The guy wants the whole world to cheer him and he has always been that way. I have always said that this race for Gov is about his ego and failing action career, nothing else. He lusts for power and adulation, as is shown in his Hitler comments.
