Manufacturing jobs were down another 29000. The rest (upside) is probably fluff. As long as this administration feels it has to put Elaine Chao on CNBC for Larry Kudlow to toss her softballs ("Chao Time"), I will not trust a word they espouse on the jobs situation.

That said, a black Monday would sure catch a lot of people in the general markets after such a faked upday today. Big flush in gold and silver, but I agree with Bert in that I watched some buying on the LII.
