They are going to have to make spending cuts. When you really think about it, its better that the Republicans don't have Arnold in there to ensure that Davis and the Dems get fully blamed for the pain inflicted during the next 3 years to un-f#@k the financial crisis. The Repubs don't need to be heroes here, just waiting in the wings.
