It they are wrong, this would make the "Times" scandal look like child's play.

Maybe.

But there was still a referral to the DOJ by the CIA that can't be ignored by the WH nor by the DOJ since it creates a duty on the part of the DOJ to investigate. As we speak, there are FBI agents working on the case. This is an event that is totally separate from the Post story. This is what bothers me since it shows the CIA as either politically clueless or politically sinister.
