When Bell and Keiser established 10b-5 plan? This was not in any PR, or am I missing something? Miljenko

I didn't even notice the claim they were 10b-5 plans. I mean, these are three coincident filings!! All got the same plan? Maybe Bear Stearns cross-sold some services. Looked at first more like a corporate policy open window. Thanks for pointing that out. There is likely more selling coming. First Edit: Just noticed Miljenko's post. I don't think an insider needs to disclose that a plan has been implemented, and certainly does not need to describe or publish the plan--although I noticed recently Chiron's retiring Chairman did just that.
